Point Beach State Forest has two rustic cabins
available for rent on a year-round
basis.
The cabins are located within a few hundred feet of the scenic Lake Michigan
shoreline.

These are rustic cabins. There is no
electricity. Water is available from a hand pump during summer..
During winter water is available at the office. Pit toilets for restroom
facilities. All cooking is done outside at the covered porch area. Each cabin
has a wood burning stove for heat.
Cabin is supplied with bunks and
mattresses, tables, chairs, and countertop.
Campers should bring cooking utensils,
sleeping bag and pillow, battery powered lanterns or flashlights.
It is required that all campers clean the
cabins and surrounding area prior to check out. Cleaning supplies are provided.
Refuse disposal and recycling is located near the family campground.
The cabins may be reserved one year in
advance. Click here to get the reservation form. Cost
is $60.00 per night plus a $4.00 reservation fee. Reservation forms should be
sent to Point Beach State Forest. Call the park office for availability. A two
night minimum stay is required on weekends. Maximum stay is 7 nights. Park
stickers are required on all vehicles
